24.01.2022 Exercise hair is not always pretty In my mind lately it has been too chilly to go in the garage and do palates on the machine or go on anything else out there, when in reality today is the coldest day in a little while and yet I made myself take my poor tight muscles out there, hence the hair, it can be hard to keep it out of the way of the rollers on the machine when lying down, so I need to be inventive! What I don't need to be inventive with is the easy air on my ches...t to help with long deep breathing, the ice blue supporting my tight muscles and helping them to loosen a little and the motivate in the diffuser to keep me going! Tonight it will be in the sauna with easy air and balance in the diffuser. Go on show me a picture of your exercise hair!
