08.01.2022 This little addition of enclosure over laundry has eliminated the abuse of water damage as seen on door jamb over the yrs. Cut out and replaced with maple and enclosure seen on 2 seperate occasions battering of rain without any hicup. Lady is beyond ecstatic, no more slippery floors and upteen towls fighting water.
