03.02.2022 Well this is very interesting. This week @tomcashman1 announced that he’d asked a property manager for references for a potential new landlord. I love this idea. Many tenants will leave a rental property due to poor service by the property manager or issues with the owner. ... I think tenants should be able to ask the same of the owners. You want to know going in that each party is going to live up to their expectations per the agreement. If a tenant's history can be shown to miss a payment or two, the same should be available if agents or landlords aren’t living up to their responsibilities. I put this poll out to two of my Instagram pages yesterday which went out to around 7,000 people, and these were the responses. Think there could be something here!
