09.01.2022 So a little bit of news. I’ve got two more projects I want to get off the ground before the end of 2020. 1) Events and team bonding. ... 2) A bespoke training program. We almost launched our events department a few months ago but decided, due to the second wave that hit and with everything going on in Victoria to hit the pause button. You can read our release from back then as to why I wanted to introduce this in the bio. Plus, having trained and mentored hundreds of agents over the past few years I decided to write a training program based on what I started doing back in 2013 which resulted in me being the first agent to list and sell real estate in Australia on Facebook. In this program is everything I’ve implemented that has turned posts into commission. What worked and what didn’t as well as what I foresee for 2021. I will admit, I’m pretty excited to step into more of a coaching and mentoring role next year and can’t wait to bring this out in December and kick off with it.
