10.01.2022 Have you experienced a deep life transformation and now have a desire to help others grow? That’s how I got into personal development. I grew up being a sensiti...ve, caring, good boy who tried not to be a burden, to do the right thing, help out and make my parents happy. For many years I tried to make my parents, my friends, my wife and everyone happy. There was only one problem with this... I wasn't happy. It took a severe case of Chronic Fatigue and a lot of personal growth to realise that instead of trying to make everyone else happy, I needed to start living my life: listening to and following my heart. This led me to ending my athletic career, stopping working as an Architect, get divorced and begin working as a Rebirther with Breathwork. That was over 30 years ago Today I live a truely blessed life. I have self love, a loving marriage, confident children (young adults now), a fit and healthy body, I am doing what I love, living in forest at our retreat centre, helping to make the world a better place. Just last week I received this note... Hi Nicholas, I'm fortune enough to have experienced your training in breathwork meditation and emotional intelligence in 1999 when my Younger sister had cancer: to say that you changed my life would be an understatement: I feel truly blessed to have been apart of your training and there is not a day that passes were those skills and that level of understanding isn't appreciated: I find yourself educating and motivating so many people now, Im now ready for education and a bigger level of understanding so I can become a true leader. 04.01.2022 Merry Christmas! We are feeling very blessed to have shared the year with so many wonderful heart open people. We'd like to take a moment to thank you for your ...patience, presence and love this year and wish you a wonderful Christmas. We hope that you are able to find some merit in what has been a very challenging year. This was the year when you had to get good at letting go, going with the flow, being open to change and constantly reinventing yourself. Like so many people, we have had a very uncertain year - moved our seminars online, created 2 new online programs that really took off (You Can Change Your Life and Core Clearing Breathwork Training) and redesigned our Breathwork website (www.breathwork.com.au). We finished on a high, even more certain of the worlds need for the emotional healing and empowerment that Breathwork can facilitate and ready to take our trainings out to the world in 2021. Charlie turned 18 and finished year 12 and Alex finished year 11. Both boys did a spectacular job of studying from home and achieved excellent results. Susan and I are as fit as ever with consistent runs through the forest 3 times a week, green smoothies for breakfast and daily Breathwork and yoga sessions.
