It showcases the welcome addition of the Austrian grape, Gruner Veltliner. The result? a fruit forward and floral style of bubbles.

This small grower producer focuses on natural terroir and quality high percentage of Pinot Meunier brining out fresh flavours of red jube, iodine and grenadine. Were pairing ours with a classic french blue -Gabriel Coulet Roquefort with lashings of honeycomb and muscatels to garnish.
