11.01.2022 The take away we had as kids was pizza. If there was a special gathering sometimes we would get pizza nd it was because it was sometimes food, that it holds special memories for me. Obviously now the pizza eat is very different to what I had as a kid. I now make my own bases, load it with veggies and cover it in fresh greens just before eating.... Comfort food is about the joy it brings us, not about eating food that is bad for us.
