21.01.2022 In 2005 Nick was fortunate enough to spend some time in a remote Aboriginal community about 130km south of Alice Springs called Titjikala. This is where his passion for photographing the unique beauty of Australia was ignited... 'Resting on a dirt road in the community of Titijikala my own existence begins to emulate that of the people around me. After a few days I start to see it. I start to see the soul of the land. I start to sense this way of life; the teachings and the ...stories within the land ...the dreamtime ... I begin to see the colours and the soul of Titjikala. My experience in Titjikala, the landscape and the people; I was welcomed by a community of desert dwellers, people of such intense beauty and profound dignity.
