22.01.2022 The belt squat, awesome for people who have back injuries and especially great for your second leg day in 1 week that’s if your my clients or myself this machine has been an awesome investment at @o2performanceau and it’s even better for reducing the risk of injuries on members backs. 17.01.2022 140kg bench press for a few this morning. Feeling the alcohol from the weekend as well though, some times you have to have balance in life and have a drink when things aren’t working out. For now though, the @o2performanceau facility will be shut meaning I won’t be working from there due to the new governments rules against COVID 19. But I am open to other options for training if people are interested. What matters most to me is that I have a 60+ year old mother who is on her... second brain tumour and the last thing I would want is to bring that into our household and for it to harm her. I can afford to not work in order to keep someone I know safe, I have gone through incredibly hard times financially before and this is not as tough for me as it will be for others. If you have a roof over your head and food on your plate you are fine. We are all in this together. For now though, I’m going to rest and prepare for when we open up the doors again. 08.01.2022 I’ve had clients and friends reach out to me in this time struggling financially and mentally with what is going on. Look at this photo, one surfer out enjoying some waves. The head spaces I am hearing about is that people think they are on their own in this current situation. Change your thinking, because you are amongst millions of Australians and people world wide who are being impacted by this pandemic. I myself am being effected by this, my job was shut down and the one... go to for my mental health. Not to mention many people train purely for their mental health. But in order to help my own mental health I’ve returned to surfing and I’ve worked on backyard workouts. We are in this together, so go and do something that will benefit your mental health this weekend. Even if it’s the beach, running or even cycling. You’ll thank yourself later.
