24.01.2022 Some of my recent 45 minute workouts, showing calorie burn as a comparison - Recumbent bike - 495 Outdoor circuit - 507 Upper body gym circuit - 518... Bike & box circuit - 530 Boxing combos - 561 Burpees & step jumps circuit - 653 Looks like burpees are a clear winner for sheer madness! (And you only need a 1x2m space) Call me if you need help with burpees ;)

22.01.2022 Today's workout - 5 mins each of warmup and cool down on the bike. 5 rounds of 15 reps each with 16kg kettle bell.... KB swings Burpees KB squats with alternate leg lift (each side) KB step jumps 45 minutes total, 520 calories burned. Rest between rounds got progressively longer... Feel free to try these ideas, with your own warm/cool and whatever weight you feel is challenging!

05.01.2022 Lovely morning for a gentle run along the Hallett Cove boardwalk. 60 minutes, 7.2km, 997 calories burned. Couldnt quite break the magic thousand for the hour, but will keep trying to push the intensity.
