25.01.2022 BMW 5 series in for the front bumper to be repaired, the customer decided to get the headlights refurbished while the bumper was removed, made it much easier to do them with the bumper off........ a great result

25.01.2022 This week has been wheel week !!, were going to need more gloss black paint !!

25.01.2022 Here we have a subaru rear bumper that’s badly split and damaged, other shops wanted to replace this but as it’s a very expensive part I took it on and set about repairing it, we heated the bumper and placed a galvanised steel reinforcement on the split area, we secured the steel with some special binding 2pak agent that won’t fail, we have then repaired the area and primed and then re painted it , the bumper is now as good as new at a lot less of a cost to the customer, looking good

24.01.2022 Little Hyundai i30 in for a front end prang, towed in by Gavin at G+G towing, some major front end parts replaced, some tidy paint work on the new panels and all back together again, another repair completed

23.01.2022 Mercedes with some nasty left hand damage, had an argument with wall............ a little bit of pushing and pulling here and there , some body filler and an afternoon of sanding ............. managed to save the quarter panel and door from being replaced......... kept the repair costs down to the minimum, happy customer

22.01.2022 Nasty dent in a Mercedes tailgate, pulled out the dent with the weld-on puller and carried out the repairs, primed and then into the booth for the base coat colour and then the clearcoat, good as new

22.01.2022 Mazda CX3, came in Monday, after this customer had been told by 4 other panel shops that he needed a new bumper I decided to take on the repair as I like a challenge !, a new bumper was $840 and then that would still need painting and fitting to the car, I started with the heat gun and then the sander , then the body filler before a heavy coat of primer, once the primer was sanded back the bumper went into the booth for the paintwork, then last of all the textured black section on the lower bumper was painted............... Once back on the car it was looking as good as new Happy customer with the repairs coming in at half the price of a new bumper

22.01.2022 Hyundai i30 with a nasty side impact, the centre pillar was beyond repair so a secondhand cut was sourced from another vehicle to replace the damaged sections, once the impact has been pulled out we removed the damaged areas and grafted in the new straight sections, once all the welding is completed we repair the joins with filler and then complete the repairs with primer and paint, good as new

20.01.2022 100 series land cruiser in very good condition, unfortunately the owner ended up putting it on its side on the sand dunes in Lancelin, big repairs to the quarter panel and some work on the fender, looking good once again

20.01.2022 And the Kombi body shell paint is complete, orange done Saturday, and the white added today, looking good, now for all the doors !!!!! Now it’s time to get stuck into our Tom’s Kombi, this one was a test run, now for the real deal

17.01.2022 Nissan GTR in for some serious bumper repairs plus fitting/alignment of aftermarket front fenders, always tricky getting non genuine parts to line up and fit correctly, spent some time on this as the owner was quite particular with the car, lots of fibreglass repairs plus lots of adjusting and setting up, once everything is fitting we then remove it all and paint the parts, re assembled it turned out well, customer was happy with the results

17.01.2022 CX9 Mazda with dents / scratches on the near side, also replacing the plastic arch flares............. looking good in the booth

17.01.2022 Complete respray on a Suzuki motor bike, 2 stage colour that had a lighter base colour before the darker shade of purple was applied, finally the clear coat went on for that shinny finish, it turned out to be a great job

15.01.2022 Couldn’t really understand why this customer would want to do these brand new unmarked wheels and grills in black , but once it was done we thought it looked a lot better, really sets the colour of the car off

15.01.2022 A Suzuki Mini van in with a badly dented rear door, the customer had been told by several other panel shops that the door was beyond repair as there was too many repairs needed on the panel, the customer couldnt locate a secondhand door so we took the repair on and set to work, this one was a challenge but its all good in the end

13.01.2022 Nice V8 AMG Mercedes in for a headlight restoration and also wheels re worked in black gloss, client was told he needed new headlights at Mercedes service centre but we have removed and fully restored these for $275, better than the $2175.00 he was quoted to replace them !! Happy customer

03.01.2022 A very sad looking holden Astra, never seen a bottle of sun screen in its entire like, with one owner and full service history they didnt want to get rid of the car as it was still going strong , so we set to work repainting the damaged areas including the headlights that recieved a make over, shes looking good

03.01.2022 A BMW coupe in with a very nasty dent to the quarter panel , also had some wheel damage, we pulled out the inner arch and then reversed the impact with the glue pulling system, once repaired it was primed/flatted and then into the booth for the re painting.......... a good result all round

03.01.2022 This week we have be playing with a tractor !!, nasty dents all over this bonnet, needed a bit of TLC with the panel hammer, once we had straightened it up weve applied some filler and then primed / painted it, Im sure the owner will be happy with the results

03.01.2022 Old school Magna with nasty bumper damage, nothing available secondhand or aftermarket, Mitsubishi asking $900 and ex Japan, sometimes youve got to just fix stuff, turned out okay, the lady was very happy to get the car back on the road at an affordable price

03.01.2022 A bit more work on the beetle we restored a couple of years ago, customer has had an exhaust upgrade and now we are getting rid of the old exhaust arches in the rear valance, plates welded in to fill the gaps and then repaired over, bit of work in the spray booth and its looking good

02.01.2022 After going to 5 other panel shops the owner of this car finally found a panel beater who was prepared to have ago at repairing this badly damaged quarter panel, they all said it couldnt be repaired but I like a challenge We soon got it sorted and managed to get it all back in the correct place, it was an older car and didnt really have a great value so we used an aftermarket replacement light and the rest was fixed including the fuel flap , we managed to get this back on the road with the minimum fuss, another happy customer
