22.01.2022 A big thank-you is in order after today’s events. As Melbourne was battered with violent weather overnight, many of us were left without power. This included Nick’s Gnocchi & Pasta. Stressful and frantic. ALL STOCK WAS SAVED. A big thank you to my uncle Pino Costanzo for luckily having freezer space and electricity for me to connect my portable freezers full of stock in. Stav Christou for allowing me to store my refrigerated ingredients in her fridge!!!... And lastly to our local IGA in Greensborough for allowing me to temporarily store a trolley full of lasagnas & sauces in their cool room. There is no way that they would’ve survived 15hrs with NO POWER. Community spirit. Kindness. Compassion. We are so lucky to be living in such a beautiful community - thank you. Thank you. Thank you
