Ahead of the release of our two new red wines - the 2019 Gundagai Cabernet Sauvignon and 2019 Hilltops Malbec - this tasting will take you through our four Nick Spencer Wines Gold Label red wines. We are so pleased to be able to run a series of Nick Spencer Wines virtual cellar door tastings. The first tasting was a huge success and we’d like to thank everyone who purchased our tasting p...acks and gave up their evening to talk through the wines with Nick. The Winter Reds Tasting Packs are a beautifully curated set of 200ml sample bottles of each of our Gold Label red wines two of these are pre-release, so this tasting will give you a sneak preview before their launch next month. Perfect for a winter night in, the virtual cellar door tasting will be run by Nick as a mini reds Master Class. The session will cover the wine making process, detail on blends and single varietals, how to assess wine quality and matching food and reds. Nick can also answer any questions you have during the tasting. Again, if you love wine but just want to listen in on the wine chatter, it’s also the perfect opportunity to build a little extra wine knowledge just by sitting in! 10.01.2022 I wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who joined me for our @nickspencerwines virtual cellar door tasting last week I am so grateful to everyone who purchased our tasting packs and gave up their evening to talk through the wines with me. I really hope you enjoyed it. Sarah always jokes that I’m a terrible teacher because I’m always saying if you like it, drink it, but the wine education side of the job is one of my favourite parts. I genuinely believe there is no... room for snobbery in wine, it is so deeply embedded in history and our culture of being together - talking about it and enjoying it should be for everyone.
