23.01.2022 Hi all Hope you've had a fabulous Easter For those that are interested I will be offering from next week Monday 20th:- ... 2 X Infused Pilates Classes - Monday & Thursday 6.30pm 1 X Foam Roll, Release and Stretch - Wednesday 6.30pm 1 X 10 min HIIT - Saturday 8.00am All classes for a weekly fee of $14.95 All will be through an online booking app You book into your class, pay your fee, then I give you the password and ID onto Zoom You WILL need equipment 1 X Pilates Overball (small soft ball) 1 X Pilates Circle 1 X Theraband 1 X long foam roller I can get/order this equipment (all but foam roller) for you, $40.00 for the set (I know Rebel sell the balls for $20 and Circle for $40) you will need to pay into my bank account if you require me to purchase this equipment for you and you will need to curb collect from my house. I am sorry I cannot provide day time classes because I work in the day so PM classes only (accept Sat morning) The Balls are amazing for connection to core but the Circles bring the intensity to your workout, theTheraband the brilliant resistance. 15.01.2022 10 minutes of exercise is better than no exercise. HIIT for 10 is just what you need. I recorded a load of 10 minute workouts through lockdown last year and here is one for you.... Go as hard as you can for 10 30 Seconds on exercise 10 Seconds recovery 4 Exercises Repeated 4 times Maybe watch the first round once to see the exercises then go for gold. *OPTIONS * Step instead of jumping on the squats * Step back and in on the Burpees instead on jumping *Step in and out on the punch and Jax *Keep feet on floor on the sit-ups
