07.01.2022 Hi Everyone It comes with much regret to let you know I am no longer teaching yoga, retreats or Weightloss/wellness coaching! I opened a new salon late last year, that has taken my focus. However I will still be here and from time to time post you a recipe from my published books or a lovely positive quote from my Happier Mum Book, or a yoga postures when I can. ... I started this online business before online Yoga Was Even a think back in 2011. I have 10 weeks of online Yoga sessions and a dvd - online awesome Bali Yoga Workout that I will be sharing for you here. I do plan to return to Yoga & Meditation Teaching Once my hair salon has a bigger team. I definitely will be teaching when I’m older, and in my 50’s so please stay connected. Until then enjoy this simple holistic content and while I have this new empire to build I will see you again soon, in person in my classes retreats or workshops when things return back to normal with travel.
