20.01.2022 **JUST ANNOUNCED BY THE GOVERNMENT BEAUTY SERVICES CAN GO BACK 23 NOVEMBER** Our studio has had the biggest clean out ever over the last few days and we are dying to see you all!! We have always been very particular with hygiene right from the beginning and because we are in a global pandemic our hygiene needs to be at an even higher standard which will be implemented going forward.... We have also completed additional training in infection prevention and control from Government online modules. Heres a list of things we must now implement to adhere to guidelines and also for our piece of mind - Hand sanitiser will be available for you to clean your hands on arrival We will take your temperature on arrival You will need to fill out your contact details on arrival for contact tracing purposes Please advise us of your health status and if you have any cold or flu like symptoms If you are not well - you will need to reschedule your booking. By law we cannot perform any services on anyone who is sick All appointments must be pre booked Please go the toilet before you arrive to your appointment Please do not to bring anyone else to your booking. This usually affects bridal preview clients. We can only have one person in the studio at a time Please have a clean mask on arrival and for when you leave Whilst in the studio please do not touch anything you don’t need to Food and/or drinks are not allowed but you can bring your own water bottle Your artist will be wearing a clean mask during your appointment and a new mask will be worn for each client We will be cleaning a lot more regularly using a anti-viral cleaner and 70% Isopropyl alcohol on all surfaces, tools, brushes, equipment, chairs, tables, hand rails etc All staff must be free of symptoms and be temperature checked Hair brushes will be sanitised in 70% alcohol between clients Makeup brushes will only be used on one client and then deep cleaned As hygiene has always been our priority we will continue to decant wet products onto a sanitised stainless steel palette and use disposable mascara wands, lip brushes etc. We will sanitise and sharpen our pencils before use and use a brush to apply, we never double dip our products Only products that will be used will be layed out - the rest are protected and put away EVERYTHING will be sanitised with 70% alcohol OVER and OVER! We will no longer use the back of our hand to warm up products - everything will be placed on the sanitised palette We will no longer use our hands to massage or touch your face Our appointment times will be increased to allow time for all extra precautions We always strive to provide you with the most highest level of service and this will always continue to be our focus We are really excited to see you all again!
