10.01.2022 I DID SOMETHING NEW TODAY! A fellow hair obsessed consultant put me onto this fab idea. She had been reading about Hyularonic Acid and hair! When applied topically to damp hair, hyaluronic acid acts like a sponge. It soaks up outside moisture and holds it in, making hair strands more hydrated, elastic, and overall healthier. It’s an especially good ingredient for hair that’s extremely dry and damaged, as this hair type tends to be more porous (think full of holes like Swiss c...heese) and has an especially hard time holding onto its moisture. Hyaluronic acid fills in these holes so hair can receive and hang on towater. Why is that important? For one, hydrated hair just looks healthier, but it’s also more resilient. It’s able to better withstand everyday stress inflicted by combing, brushing and heat styling. So I used our Active Hydration Serum on my hair this morning...and HOLY MOLY! 10.01.2022 This weekend was quite the cook up for a gorgeous friend going in for breast cancer surgery on Thursday. She’s a single mum to three gorgeous boys, so I hope a few prepared meals tucked into the freezer, will make her recovery a little easier. For me, cooking is love, and I love to share it with others.
