24.01.2022 I checked out how to make bolster from recycled materials. Hardly any sewing required. Its a bit wonky but sooo comfy. If you have used one, you know what I mean. Next time I will be more precise. It was fun.

21.01.2022 Parent & Kids Yoga on Tuesdays at 5:15pm, at Yogaplex, Upwey. 45min class for $18. Children be 8yrs or older. Stories, games, asanas and relaxation. Enquiries: Nicky 0488333139

20.01.2022 My Kid's yoga class is growing and lots of fun. If your child would like to try yoga, bring them along to Yogaplex, Upwey on Tuesdays at 5:15pm. The 45 min sessions consist of: relaxation, imaginative stories games and spontaneity. The classes are planned for children of 8yrs and over.
