24.01.2022 #contentology One of the big myths that I think people have with ’self care’ is that it’s a massage or a facial or spending a day in the day spa!!! I remember being in a mastermind with a woman who was fierce on her stance around NOT needing self care. because she linked ‘self care’ and ‘day spa’ together. For me, self care is going to bed early if I want. It’s taking time out to skate. It’s having a bath. It’s going to the day spa. It’s travelling for work and making sure ...I have a rest day following an event. Self care means so many different things to so many people. What about you? I do love a massage though! #contentology

21.01.2022 Imagine the feeling of pure joy, contentment and pride in yourself because you decided to find a way to cut through the noise and just be you online. Who knew that THAT would be the way to stand out with your content!?!?!?! #Mindblown! There is so much fun when you start creating content from a place of inspiration and when you feel creative. This CAN be learned. (I used to think that I wasn’t creative because I couldn’t paint or draw very well. My definition of what was crea...tive was very very narrow. Now I now that everyone is creative in their own way, which is very exciting). Just like building a muscle, content creation gets easier over time. And much like journalling, when you’re learning to journal, it’s quite common to rely on journal prompts or on the insights of others but when you’ve built the muscle, it makes it easier to keep rolling. So this is the place to start. Every day for a whole month, I’m going to prompt you with a prompt (ahahaha) and a video that you can use to get your butt into gear!
