21.01.2022 The time has come for me to close down my practice in a bid to help keep you all safe. This is not a decision I have made lightly, but I have a moral obligation to close. I need to stay healthy so I can care for my family and to keep my husband on the front line. ... At this stage I will be closed for 4 weeks but I feel we as a country may be in lockdown for longer than that. As a person who suffers from health related anxiety I know how people may be feeling. While I'm ok, a lot of people are fearful of the current situation. While my door is closed please call me or text if you need to talk to someone who will understand what your feeling. The exciting thing is that you can train your brain to ‘feel’ less pain! Remember that pain is not always equal to degenerative changes.
