19.01.2022 Through the principles of quantum physics, we are able explain how ancient traditions of healing work with the body’s subtle energy systems such as ch’i, prana,... and vital force energy. This understanding opens the door to creative new approaches to healing that have the opportunity to solve problems still unresolved by conventional medicine, specifically in the areas of chronic and degenerative diseases. 14.01.2022 What do you do for an unstable, painful back?? I am focusing one more time on water rehabilitation and how it is so wonderful for the back. So many of us want t...o exercise but are limited by painful conditions. The water may be your answer, it is supportive and protective which means you can feel safe when you're in there. Water gives you buoyancy which means that your lower back is supported with less weight on the discs, vertebra and pelvis and will act like a gentle splint. Water also has greater pressure than air which means that it aids in resistance making the exercises more worthwhile, and it also applies compression reducing the actual inflammation and possible pain relationship of doing exercise. The video attached will guide you through a series of movements in the pool that makes the back, abdominals, buttocks and legs all work in a gentle fashion. You will get the muscle contractions that you need without the heavy exertion that sometimes can aggravate your condition. It is spring in the northern hemisphere and still warm enough here in our autumn to still get into you swimmers and hit the pool. Watch the video and stay pain free, healthy and strong

13.01.2022 For everyone that has asked since I recently confessed that I love this cream so much I sleep with it under my pillow. I have put together this guide for you on... what magnesium creams do for the body and what skin conditions they can treat. I stock this cream in 3 different scents. I like the Island Spice one best and just on a personal note, the Keratosis Pilaris on my upper arms has virtually disappeared in less than 2 weeks since using this on my arms every night before bed (also exfoliate and don't consume any dairy).
