17.01.2022 Last year I began a working Partnership with CVGT’s Disability Employment Service (DES) Bendigo. Now nine months later the Partnership is still strong and my... Well-Being & Empowerment Program is growing. Disability looks and feels different for each person it ranges from anxiety, depression, the debilitating feelings that come from loosing a loved one, trauma from an accident/experience to physical disability. Disability can be a real barrier to gaining employment. Sophie McEvoy, CVGT’s DES Manager acknowledges that many people registered with her service require support to work through their emotional pain and begin healing from within before being ready to take on sustainable employment or training. That’s where Heartfelt Change’s services come into play. I use the tool of Transference Healing to bring calm, clarity and empowerment into the lives of those who choose to participate. I offer the participants one-on-one sessions as well as group meditation. We use energy healing, essential oils, crystals, sound healing and oracle cards to self heal and move forward. A PERSONAL MESSAGE FROM ALEXIS WITH A HEALING & CHANNELLING FROM MOTHER MARY Blessings. I have been guided to share a recent channelling regarding changes occurring in the grid of the planet. The Earth’s electromagnetic field is currently being infused by Sirian frequencies. The ‘light’ from Sirius is clearing a build-up of astral debris, or ‘darkness’, as energy is being released from the global body of humanity. Sirian frequencies are very refined. They are made up of Angelic and stellar codes that filter purified prana into the Grid, to be dispersed into our reality for the clearing of genetic weaknesses and outdated behavioural patterns, raising consciousness and vibration. The lower astral energy that is clearing is triggering issues related to health, abuse and planetary healing. This is triggering specific symptoms and dynamics. Extreme emotions may be triggered within you, unearthing a newfound sense of clarity and sensitivity toward yourself and others. You may be triggered, through dynamics related to self-love, resolution within relationships, and compassion for others. This includes the courage to stand against hate and fear, be it related to abuses of power in your personal relationships, our interaction with the planet, or issues related to segregation and racial discrimination. There is no place for these structures in the new world we are creating. 06.01.2022 This week I participated in a Dragon Power workshop facilitated by my dear friend and mentor Michelle Rayson My reason for partaking in the workshop was to go... deeper into my patterning, pain and illusions. Sounds crazy but yes I want to unveil my wounded perceptions and feel the hurt and pain I have pushed deep down within my being. You may ask why do I want to subject myself to remembering painful memories and why would I want to raise the hurt that has been held in my body for many years, lifetimes?? The answer is, my passion is self-mastery through self-healing. This life is an ascension process and I intend not to waste the opportunity. The rawness and vulnerability of being emotionally stripped bare do hurt but not for long. The result of what follows is unexplainable, silence, calm, the relief of tremendous release, truth, honesty, self-love and surrender. Then comes the feelings of expansion, clarity and peace until next time. Self- Mastery is a lifelong process the beautiful reality is the more I surrender, clear, shift, heal, release and transform.
