23.01.2022 Please give parents choice.

21.01.2022 Too busy to exercise? Sorry, not buying it. A new study that analysed more than 30,000 Americans found that adults have plenty of free time in the day for exer...cise but they spend that time looking at screens instead. The study, published in the journal Preventing Chronic Disease, reported more than 5 hours (300 minutes) of free time per day, and most of this time was spent watching TV or using electronic devices, such as smartphones or computers. The authors concluded that "lack of free time is not responsible for low levels of leisure time physical activity at the population level." #SorryNotSorry #ExerciseRight

21.01.2022 This incredible timelapse footage shows neurons connecting and growing. This is quite literally what your thoughts look like.

21.01.2022 Food. Healthcare. Exercise. These are legitimate reasons to leave your house. The multiple benefits of adequate exercise can not be understated.

16.01.2022 My job is to encourage people to move but this time Im leading by example. Please join me for a night out to support our 60km trek for Beyond Blue.

16.01.2022 More science. Work as a pathway to human flourishing. Stop. Take a break, but always learn.

16.01.2022 https://www.washingtonpost.com//20/world/corona-simulator/ This is why social distancing is a clever public health policy and more effective than attempted quarantine. Be smart and follow the current recommendations at health.gov.au. We have updated and implemented our infectious diseases policy and as a family are avoiding large events and restricting travel until such time as the number of diagnoses decreases. It's amazing what a community can do when they all pull together.

15.01.2022 The more accurate description of concussion is mild traumatic brain injury and the long term effects can be much more severe than previously thought. Love your brain and look after it.

14.01.2022 My first attempt at homeschooling. Im a ruthless taskmaster and the kids are praying I remain an essential worker. Business as usual with the exception of increased appointment times to allow for social distancing, handwashing and disinfecting. I am both humbled and flattered by your continued support

14.01.2022 Brain and body. You can’t separate the two.

12.01.2022 Interdisciplinary communication and collaborative healthcare. Our community can only benefit.

12.01.2022 With the governments new recommendations announced today, we have spaced our chairs and altered our bookings, however will text to alert of waiting times if necessary. Our building is 120m2 which means we are capable of holding 30 people between the two businesses. Keeping everyone safe is our main priority. This too will pass. It might pass like a kidney stone, but it will pass.

12.01.2022 Couldnt say it better myself.

11.01.2022 Im asking you with the greatest of respect to please move. #notrocketscience

09.01.2022 Stuck for present ideas? Don't forget to support your local arts and small businesses. Go for a walk and buy vouchers from your local cafe, homewares shop, ha...irdresser or beautician. Buy swimming, cooking or music lessons or send your kid to basketball camp. In SA we have the ASO, State Opera SA and State Theatre Company SA who will be glad of your membership or ticket purchases. Don't forget those businesses that have been affected by the recent horrific fires. I'd love to give a shout out to the following businesses in Adelaide - music lessons and workshops at Novar music school, vouchers from Erin Parish exercise physiology or Hills Kundalini yoga, massages from Wendy Janssens or Loren Price, the Elisabrow or Ms Brow for spectacular eyebrows, ceramics classes and handmade ceramics at JENesaisquoi, photography sessions from Simon Casson or Kirsty Burns photography, wine tours and transport from Adelaide Chauffeur and tours, cakes and catering from Fieldhouse Catering and Fieldhouse cakes, amazing cheese from the Smelly Cheese shop, promise of brunch at Five Little Figs, and of course Opus Hairdressing would love to provide you with a voucher or products. A special shoutout to Organic Box who narrowly missed being burnt out this week. If Scott Morrison is entitled to a holiday, so are small business owners. Support them. See more

08.01.2022 Joints are built to move.

08.01.2022 Covid-19 is killing off hot desking. This makes me happy. Whomever thought ergonomics could be one size fits all was driven by economics.

08.01.2022 Running. It's the only factor shown to possibly lead to neurogenesis. If you can't be motivated to exercise for your heart, be disciplined to exercise for your brain.

07.01.2022 If you’ve been trying to get through this morning you may have noticed our hours have changed. In an effort to get 48 hours off in a row, we now start at 1.00pm Monday’s, refreshed and ready to serve. See you soon.

07.01.2022 Please take the time to have your say.

06.01.2022 Spend with them.

06.01.2022 With the latest restrictions now in place little has changed except that you may be asked to wait in your car or outside until called in. We used this system on Saturday and it worked very well. This also gives us a chance to sterilise each room thoroughly. Please feel free to pop over to Coffee Institute for a coffee and support small business. Social distancing is working and were happy to go above and beyond to support it.

06.01.2022 Yes, we’re still open!

05.01.2022 Happy Easter everyone. Were having a small staycation like the rest of the world and will see you again Tuesday x

04.01.2022 Distinct lack of frontal lobe function.

03.01.2022 Poor ergonomics will be the next epidemic. Food, healthcare and exercise are the only reasons to leave the house. Just make sure the trails are within a 10 minute drive and that you remember to come back.

03.01.2022 I wont be available on the 20th of September as I will be walking 60km for Beyond Blue, an amazing charity. Feel free to donate.

02.01.2022 Its what you practice daily that counts.
