22.01.2022 Im proud to have been approached by the NSW Government to submit photos I took of local families in the Forest area (Northern Beaches) during the COVID-19 isolation in April. The video starts with the bush fires NSW experienced earlier this year and ends with COVID-19 isolation. The Government wanted to produce a video/TVC to say thank you to NSW for the kindness, creativity, generosity, sacrifice, and grit shown by people of this state by collecting visual examples of those traits. 20.01.2022 This is my eldest son being silly at Mona Vale Beach at sunset last weekend - let's talk about SUNSET. It is by far the most beautiful time of day for outdoor photography. Once daylight savings start next month, sunset sessions become a bit too late for the little ones as it's usually past their bedtime. At the moment sunset is around 5.45pm so a 5pm session is doable for the little people. There are about 4 weekends left for sunset sessions at around this hour so if you have babies, toddlers, and preschoolers and want a sunset photo, let's arrange it sooner than later! Availability for pre-daylight savings times: 19th, 20th, and 26th of September and the 3rd of October.

A 15-minute session at $90 might be perfect for the Grandfather or Dad in your life. 19.01.2022 The Front-door family project of this month has been so popular and now with its ending, some families have asked if I can continue doing this or something like it. During May, I will be offing family photography modified to suit this extraordinary time. I am especially keen to work as I lost my job over 4 weeks ago. Please note that we must shoot outdoors and remain 4 metres apart, and neighbour bookings must be back to back on the same day. You may opt-in or out of sharing ...these photos online and I am only accepting prior direct deposit payments in order to limit our personal interaction (according to social distancing requirements). This offer expires on the 1st of June. Editing to add that I'm am available nearly every day but Id prefer to book you in on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, or Monday. 16.01.2022 Regarding the current COVID concern across the northern beaches local government area... As of yesterday morning, I have postponed all of my photo sessions until further notice. Despite this being one of my busiest times of the year, the health and safety of my community is my main priority and I would like to take this opportunity to wish all of my clients a very Merry Christmas and look forward to seeing you in 2021.

11.01.2022 Every day this month I will try to post a new photo to this album. I am documenting local families during COVID-19 isolation of April 2020. This is a personal project and different from my usual portrait style. All photos were taken within minutes and are 4 metres away from each other. Like a lot of people, I am currently without work. I have lost both of my jobs. Other than home-schooling my primary school-aged children (which is stressful and overwhelming most of the time), I am not only without my income, I am lacking direction, sanity and things to fill my time. A quick escape via a walk or short drive to take a photo from your garden or driveway is offering me a little creativity and productivity during a time where I am unable to work. Thanks for watching this space.
