21.01.2022 Some Monday Magic Guidance for your week ahead- Abundance is in constant flow ... (I will be talking about this concept and much more in our live event this evening. If you haven't joined already, you can on the link below) Like everything in the natural world, abundance is in constant flow and changes according to need.... Flowers bloom in the spring, pollinate and then wither when their work is done. Everything you need comes into your life as and when you need it, and flows out of your life when you no longer need it. So as to embrace and enjoy this flow, we must learn to let go and not cling to anything. By abundance, I mean everything. Money. jobs, things, people, love, support - everything! If we cling, we create a blockage. Nothing new can flow in unless we let go of the old and no longer needed. Abundance isn't accumulation! Accumulation is like water that gets trapped and doesn't flow. It stagnates, and can even start to smell! The problem is we haven't been conditioned to know this and so we don't trust that we are always provided for in the most divinely right way in any moment, when we get out of our own way! When we truly know it, we live it. Start knowing this today by being grateful for all that you have now. The vibration of gratitude will allow you to enter the flow. I trust in the process of life and I am so grateful that I am always provided for.

We are about to enter a time of great cosmic significance - Today, December 14, we have a total Solar Eclipse, which opens the portal to a brand new beginning. Eclipses are about letting go of all that is no longer in our highest good. But not only do we have the Solar Eclipse; we also have a Grand Conjunction between Saturn and Jupiter a few days later, followed by the Solstice on December 21, which is a time when... the veil between dimensions is thin and a transition of energy takes place with the changing of seasons. This Grand Conjunction will be creating a massive energetic shift for the earth, bringing in more light, new possibilities and propelling us further into the Age of Aquarius. Everything you think, feel, speak and do makes up your energy field, and from this energy field you attract things of "like" vibration. This is the Universal Law of Attraction, which most of us are familiar with.... Something that you may not be so familiar with, however, is that not only are you a magnet, but the things you desire are also a magnet. The late great Louise Hay created a wonderful affirmation: That which I seek is also seeking me. That's right! The very things you seek are also seeking you. You cannot have a desire unless that desire is also longing to be found by you. I sometimes get comments on the Insight Timer app from appreciative meditators "I'm so glad I found this meditation!" and I reply "I'm so glad this meditation found you!" You are a magnet, and so is all that you desire. Knowing this, give up the need to chase, force or try. This dual magnetism works best from a place of peace and optimism.

Every challenge is karmic; that is, you have created it on some level for one or more of the following reasons: To experience t...he consequences of previous choices or actions To learn what works for you and what doesn't To learn forgiveness To learn what love is and what love isn't To learn to create boundaries To practice acceptance. If something happens that feels unfair, and doesn't equate with previous actions this lifetime, it's likely that you're experiencing karma from either a past life or ancestral karma. But no matter what type of karma you are experiencing, ALL karma is transcended through the act of forgiveness. Forgiveness is acceptance and choosing to let go of the toxic emotions of resentment, anger, hatred, shame and whatever else it is that you feel about the situation. 12.01.2022 [Don't Miss This Live Solstice Event: Talk and Energy Upgrade Meditation this Evening - https://www.facebook.com/events/1550649991792701] There can be no transforming of darkness into light, and apathy into movement without emotion - Carl Jung Befriend your emotions, because they are your truth in any present moment. Every emotion wants to be acknowledged, to be felt. It is through emotion that we transform.... We've been encouraged to run from our emotions - "You shouldn't feel that way" "Keep a stiff upper lip" which has created a sense of shame about feelings "I shouldn't feel this way" "I've got to hold it together" "There's something wrong with me" and so our feelings get repressed and then get covered over with a layer of shame, leading to a conglomeration of unprocessed emotions over time, eventually creating: stuckness sudden emotional outbursts mood swings unforgiveness relationship problems depression. So feel your feelings. Acknowledge them. Do not act immediately. Create a space between feeling and acknowledging the feeling and choosing consciously what to do next. Be mindful of speaking and acting consciously. Christmas can be a time of high emotion, and it can also be a time of profound transformation if you choose to stay present, aware and conscious.

11.01.2022 Monday Magic - Learning to Let Go Learning to let go in relationships isn't always easy ... Letting go is something that is necessary in ALL our relationships if we are to enjoy truly loving relationships. The concept of detaching can seem foreign and feel like we don't care, especially if we've grown up to believe that worrying, controlling and trying to force things to happen is the right thing to do in relationships.... At some point we wake up to the truth - worrying, controlling and trying to force things to happen don't work! In fact they're likely to cause the opposite outcome. Wanting someone to do what we want them to do is a selfish desire, not a caring desire And so even when we may know we are right, we must learn to let go and allow others their own experience of life and to feel the consequences of their own actions. Then we need to address why we are pushing and unable to detach and remember that the only person we can change is ourselves. We are responsible for our own lives; not the lives of others. At times, learning to let go can feel excruciating. If so, honour your own feelings but proceed to detach. Through the practice of loving detachment, we begin to know the truth ... that detaching with love in all our relationships works. It opens the door to the best possible outcome. Detaching from others means that we do care - about ourselves as well as others. By letting go, we hand others back "their stuff", we let go of frustration and we let the Universe step in and sort it out. Today I detach with love, because when I do this, I'm not just letting go. I'm allowing the Universe to sort it out in the most divinely right way!
