23.01.2022 This is EXACTLY how this conversation would go down in my house.
20.01.2022 I'm thrilled to be speaking and running a workshop at this event. What awesome talent we have in little ol G-Town! Come along, be inspired, be pampered and have a day out. Would love to see your face there
16.01.2022 The postal vote shouldn't be happening. We all agree on that. BUT if it does...... you should really make sure and check that you're enrolled to vote so that you can have your say.... Check here: https://check.aec.gov.au
16.01.2022 TRUE STORY I am very honoured to be speaking at the upcoming Glitter Project Collective Women’s Festival in Geelong in two weeks. I was sooooo excited, but then guess what happened? Fear set in. The fear that I wasn’t going to be enough.... That what I said didn’t matter. That I was a fake, a phoney and I didn’t deserve the opportunity being given to me. So I self sabotaged. I procrastinated like a mofo. I cleaned the house instead of doing my talk. I washed the car. I did ironing (I NEVER iron.) I knew it was bad. So I snapped out of it. I sat in my fear. I talked out all the scenarios in my head logically. I journaled the shit out of them actually. And I created consequences for all the stories in my head. You know what I realised? It would all be ok. No matter what, I would be ok. All the stuff in my head was just that - in my head. It wasn’t real. Just drama I was using because I was stepping outside my comfort zone. It was uncomfortable and scary. And between you and me, it still is. But now that I know none of my fear is real, I’m excited! It’s going to be great. And I’m going to walk out on that stage and enjoy every moment. Hopefully I’ll get a laugh or two, but more importantly I hope I help just one person. And I know that at the end of it, I’m going to have a big glass of wine and pat myself on the back because when I could have stayed comfortable I chose not to. So, I’m pumped for this! Hopefully I see you there! See more

11.01.2022 THIS is why a plebiscite is not the way to go. It's my worst nightmare. Kids/teens/people without support need protecting from what will be unleashed should this go ahead.

07.01.2022 So great to be back at Bay FM with Daryl and Renee chatting all things purpose, comparison and self love today. I'll post the audio on my blog tomorrow for those that want a listen. One step closer to my dream of being a radio host....
06.01.2022 Quick question. Do you prefer to see the perfectly-styled professional looking photos on Instagram? Or the ones that depict more real life? Or a bit of both?... The reason I ask is because I'm starting to get drawn to the more real-life relatable feeds, rather than the perfectly styled ones. (Think flat-lays, styled rooms etc.) Just curious to hear other's thoughts and personal preferences.
