20.01.2022 To all my valued customers. A little while ago I shared a pic from Choice magazine on a study they did on a number of brands of Oregano. The best was 50%, the worst less than 10%. YIAH has always used reputable Companies so our product was not affected...initially... The backlash to this was it created a world wide shortage of oregano. The demand as such has pushed production of our products back (40 YIAH products have oregano in them) The good news is our shipment is in, a...nd our warehouse is full steam ahead to get these hand-blended, hand packaged artisan products out to you, our valuable clients. 09.01.2022 Re-created an old Flavour Stack favorite tonight. Taco Salad! Used the leftover spices from the first time I made it! And still have some Guacamole and Taco left!! Kept the components seperate so the kids could make there own wraps and I could savour the salad without any punch-ups over them eating 'the yucky green stuff'.
