I would ask that all clients who make an appointment please make sure that there are no cold and flu like symptoms present at the time of your appointment. We can always reschedule later. 23.01.2022 Hi everyone, I just wanted to get in touch with everyone and see how you are all going at the moment? I hope you are all well and keeping yourselves fit and healthy. If we eat healthy food, exercise, practice meditation and do our stretches it’s the best defence we have for our immune systems to stay at optimum levels. My friend Nicole Boyle has great online classes where she shares free exercises, healthy eating tips etc. her Facebook profile is Cre8tive fitness community, ...really worth joining and getting fit at home. Also I wanted to share with you my Yin Yoga regime I swear by for pain releif, you can do it at your own pace and make your own stretch session. The app is simply called yin yoga, costs $10 but is so worth it. One class alone can cost $10 so this is a great deal. Please take care of yourselves and eat, exercise and stretch daily.
