13.01.2022 Life is always about learning
10.01.2022 Go easy, keep it light and enjoy this Christmas without a gut ache! Often we stress about what will we eat at Christmas, what we cannot eat, what does that person like, or do I have enough food? What if we placed a different value at the forefront on Christmas day instead of the food? ... What if we just kept it simple and placed more value on the people we are spending time with? How much less stressful would it be....not to mention how much how much would our gut enjoy this. Less stress and spending a relaxing time with our family and friends can help keep body in a rest and digest state, creates endorphins and keeps our microbiome in check. Merry Christmas to you all and look forward to 2021 . Xoxox

04.01.2022 Not only do I look after my gut health with food, but I also look after it with Yoga. Yoga has many benefits, ,most importantly we engage the parasympathetic nervous system with the breath. This teaches us how to manage stress which nurtures our microbiome. If you need a little winter shake down and give your body a much needed recharge, I would love to see you on the mat via zoom.
