16.01.2022 Wow hoo I finished the 30 days!! With only a few set backs throughout the month dealing with cravings, lol and I learnt how powerful they are but I don’t have to act on them, what I have to do is stick with all the yummy recipes/meal plans and the fizz sticks that curb the cravings. Preparation and being organised with meals and snacks is key to staying on track to reaching my health goals( how little, how small). I feel so much lighter, however I haven’t weighed myself yet, ...I can feel it, and my clothes fit so much better, for me it wasn’t about losing weight, it’s was all about boosting my metabolism, gut health and energy and that is exactly what this 30 days has given me even though I fell short a few times. When your body is balanced you just automatically loose weight however results vary for everyone. My bloat has gone, yippee!! as that can weight me down and make me feel uncomfortable as there is nothing worse when you can not enjoy your meals and your stomach swells out. Yay it’s gone. My skin and hair feels and looks so much better -I was complimented the other day in a young mothers group as they were surprised I was a grandmother as they said you look so young. That felt nice as I am 51 years of age. I’m sleeping so much better. I love that you learn how to nourish your body efficiently with all the tips and tricks along the way, the knowledge and support is what helps me get through and knowing I’m not alone on this journey as there were over 100 people trying to reach the same health goals like me, just in this round alone and we have another one starting on the 17th if your interested. To all of you thankyou Now to stick with the 80/20 rule which I usually always do when I’m not on the 30 days, or doing a quick 10 day challenge. I’m really pumped now for the smoothie challenge starting on the 10th and by the way it’s not to late to join. Lots of good things happening this month, so reach out if your up for one of our challenges!! Or if you have any health goals yourself. I can not fit all the benefits of this program into one post Who knows it might just work for you as it has for 1000 of others who follow ALL of what this program has to offer.
