06.02.2022 A few months ago Cait and Will told me they are going to do a 12 week challenge to lose weight and get fitter. As soon as I heard this, I wanted to help out. Like most people Caitlin and Will love their food, especially carbs, but they decided they were going to go on the keto diet for the whole 12 weeks. Each week they would do a hiit session with me, along with their other sport commitments. In just a few weeks into the challenge I could see results with them losing weight... and becoming fitter. 12 weeks have passed and I could not be more proud of these two. They committed to this challenge throughout the whole 12 weeks, even though they did not love being on the keto diet. I am also sure they did not like working out with me each week because I would push them hard but they still come and worked hard. The results speak for themselves on the massive effort they put into this challenge throughout the 12 weeks.
