20.01.2022 Starting to think about back to school used two different recipes who both call themselves Best ever Thermomix play dough let’s see who’s right!

18.01.2022 Looks likes schools back and Sunday baking has me covered. Ham, cheese and tomato scrolls are the best. Some chic chip cookies and donuts for a treat. Muesli bars next.

09.01.2022 I made this on the weekend, there are 86 steps to follow and as I got to step 82 I realised my trifle bowl wasn't going to be big enough, I had to reduce the final layers of custard amd cream but it still looked great and tasted amazing. Apart from lots of steps and taking a bit of time waiting for things to cool it was relatively easy to make and I will definitely be making again.

05.01.2022 I am sure this is one of the best reasons to grow your own basil. Just love this dip - I could just eat it straight from the jar!!
