We are asking for gifts big or small for 0-10yr olds and food hamper items to make Christmas a little merrier for families struggling in the community. 03.01.2022 COVID-19 continues to challenge our usual way of life, and due to restrictions, Kemps Creek Shelter (Animal Welfare League NSW) has now run desperately low on warm thick blankets, towels and bedding for there shelter cats and dogs. They are currently seeking donations of any of the above items to be able to continue to provide quality care to the shelter's animals. We will be collecting blankets, towels, sheets etc at Nido Early School Seven Hills up until Friday the 11th o...f September. We will then donate these to the Kemps Creek Animal Shelter. Thank you all in advance for getting behind this great cause!

03.01.2022 I felt very happy to donate much needed items to The Sanctuary on behalf of everyone here at Nido Early School Seven Hills.. The Sanctuary, is a shelter that provides respite care services to women and children within the Hills District.

02.01.2022 Today is National Sorry Day and it marks 23 years since the tabling of the Bringing Them Home report. The report was the result of a national inquiry by the Hum...an Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission that heard from around 1000 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and extensively documented the experiences of Stolen Generations members. The intergenerational trauma caused by colonisation and the forced removal of Stolen Generations members from their families and communities impacts the social and emotional wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people today.
