25.01.2022 The team at Airport West wants to wish everyone a wonderful Fathers Day. Share below the fun ways you are spending your Father’s Day.

24.01.2022 At Nido Early School Airport West, we view our children as active citizens and learners. To further enhance the children’s participation in decision making, we have have developed a Kinder committee. Once a week the children get to meet with our Executive Service Manager Nicole and discuss the issues that matter most to them. These discussions are used to drive change throughout our service and ensure we are always striving for better practice. Our children are active members of our village.

24.01.2022 Happy early childhood educators day to our team of amazing educators, you are all Super Heroes!!! Congratulations to Jacinta for receiving our service award for Early Childhood Educators Day 2019. A huge thank you to our families for the beautiful nominations and kind words.

23.01.2022 We know the impact that our Educators have to the children, families and fellow colleagues is vast. Wednesday 4 September is Early Childhood Educators Day, an opportunity for us to acknowledge the important role our educators play in educating and caring for children and families. To help us recognise this impact, this year we invite families, children and all internal employees to recognise and nominate Educators across all of our services against the following category: Making an incredible impact to the lives of Children To make your nomination here is the link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/Early_Childhood_Educators_Da These nominations will close on the28th of August 2019.

23.01.2022 Everyday in a child's life is a milestone. It's our job to build their understanding of emotions and how they handle conflicts and difficulties in everyday life." - Brittany Doyle, Educator. If you are passionate about a career with Nido Early Learning, we would love the opportunity to talk to you. Apply below or head to the careers section of our website for other vacancies.

18.01.2022 Throughout our Easter celebrations, the Kinder 1 and 2 children engaged in a collaborative art project to create the Easter Bunny Village. Shared art project’s provide self expression while promoting a sense of community bonding which is reflective of our Reggio Emilia inspired philosophy.

09.01.2022 Over the past 2 weeks the Kinder 2 children have been exploring the life cycle of a plant and growing their very own plants. Extending on from this the children and educators collected flowers, leaves and natural resources to create their very own masterpiece. Together as a team they threaded and weaved the flowers through the holes to create their very own vase of flowers. What a fantastic learning experience and great way to explore and include the 100 languages of the children.

09.01.2022 Nido Airport West is holding our first parent-teacher interview for our nursery room today. The centre is following the Covid-19 restrictions strictly by not allowing more than 20 people in the building and leaving 1.5m between each family. What a beautiful way to talk to families about their children’s goals and achievements. We thank our families for attending tonight

05.01.2022 Tomorrow is the last day to jump on and nominate one of our fabulous educators and let them know why you think they do an amazing job. Thank you to our beautiful families who have already sent through nominations. https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/Early_Childhood_Educators_Da

05.01.2022 We can’t thank our families enough for their ongoing support, love and understanding during these uncertain times. We were lucky enough to be spoilt with a beautiful hamper from one of our lovely families, which staff were able to enjoy on their breaks. We recevied beautiful art work and thank you cards from the children and families which we absolutely loved. Please take care and stay safe.
