25.01.2022 RED NOSE DAY Thank you to all our families for your support and very generous donations - staff and children wore their pyjamas today to help raise awareness for Safe Sleep Week 2021. All donations have gone towards the Red Nose foundation Australia, who help save little lives through research and education, as well as supporting families affected by the death of a baby or child.... 23.01.2022 WILDLIFE RESCUE It's all in a day's work for our caring team members and families at Nido Belair! After being discovered during a morning yard check, the mother and baby were reunited, carefully removed and have now been released to safety.

14.01.2022 #MONDAYMOMENTS This month Nido Belair turned 6 months old and to celebrate we launched our new workshop program just for parents, Monday Moments! Once a month we will be holding regular workshops, ran by our talented team of Educators. Research shows that spending time on an activity that you enjoy can help improve your mental health and wellbeing, making you feel happier and more relaxed. ... Each month will be a different workshop - this Monday saw our Chef, who is an award winning pastry Chef, run a cake decorating tutorial, allowing our families to explore different techniques and learn professional tricks of the trade. This event created such a positive vibe, with wonderful feedback, "Thank you so much for this evening - it was so lovely to get out, meet new people and learn new skills. What a wonderful idea... I'm already looking forward to the next one!".

14.01.2022 RANDOM ACT OF KINDNESS Today we received a beautiful delivery of wooden trucks and cars, handmade by a 103 year old gentleman for our Kinder children!!! How lucky are we to have such kind and talented people in our community?!

07.01.2022 TRANSFORMATION After much research, reflection and deliberation, the Nido Belair family has recently come together to transform our rooms, Ateliers, Piazzas and outdoor areas, in order to create better quality transitions, learning environments and rhythms for our children. Thank you to all of our wonderful volunteer friends and family members for all your help and support - we are extremely lucky to have had you with us on this journey.... 03.01.2022 FARM SHOP Our Nido Belair Farm Shop is open for business! Using real food allows children to learn and understand where food comes from and how/why we prepare it for consumption.... Imaginative play is so beneficial to childrens' growth and development - the benefits are endless and include, but aren't limited to, developing language and social skills, critical thinking and learning to self-regulate actions and emotions. Have fun little learners!
