22.01.2022 The importance of outdoor play Playing outside gives children the chance to explore the natural environment and have adventures. Children can play games, test physical limits, express their selves, use their imaginations and build their self-confidence. Outdoor play can also mean more mess and more mess often means more fun!... When children are outside, they have more space and freedom for big movements, like running, jumping, kicking and throwing. Physical activities like these are good for children’s health, fitness and physical development.

20.01.2022 OUR BABES ARE BACK We’ve brought the physical development indoors for our nursery room so the children can crawl, climb and adventure anytime they want.

12.01.2022 We would like to introduce our new educator starting with us Tamara Bushby Tamara will be starting with us from 2nd of November full time and we are super excited for Tamara to be joining our wonderful team of educators here at Nido Cranbourne. Here is a little about Tamara - ... Hi, My name is Tamara and I have been working in the Early Childhood sector for 3 years as a lead educator. I currently hold my Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care and am working towards my Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care at Latrobe University. I have always had a passion for working with children and have been lucky enough to stay at a school in South America where I had the opportunity to teach the young children English. This opportunity is what drove me to complete my Diploma. In my spare time I love to go camping, spend time with my family and puppy and I love to travel. I have visited over 25 countries. I really enjoy learning about and experiencing new cultures, which helps me to create a comfortable and welcoming environment for all children. I can’t wait to join the team over at Nido Cranbourne and am looking forward to meeting you all!

01.01.2022 Taking calculated risks and succeeding can motivate children to seek further achievements. Failing can lead to testing new ideas, and finding personal capabilities and limits. In this way, children can overcome fears and build new skills. We absolutely love seeing children take these risks, the smile & celebration of achievements and the determination when failed is so lovely to see in a child
