18.02.2022 HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY Last week the children and families at Nido Woolloongabba celebrated Mother’s Day with a ‘Make and Take’ morning tea. Loved ones were invited to come along and participate in an experience with their child. They enjoyed photo frame decorating and painting, gardening, key rings and clay decoration. Families had the opportunity to collaborate with their child to make their masterpieces and to interact with their child’s educators and other families w...hile enjoying a light morning tea. 22.01.2022 Over the past few days the children and educators at Nido Early School Woolloongabba have been doing our part to contribute to Clean Up Australia Day! Over three separate outings our Nursery, Toddler and Kinder groups have participated in walking excursions to our local park to 'step up and clean up', sparking awareness of our natural environment and developing an awareness of the impacts of human activity on the world in which we live. Please take the time to thank the educators who love and care for your child/ren every day. ... 'Thank you for teaching the early years children the importance of love, relationships, kindness, respect and how to belong to a safe and family friendly community.

08.01.2022 We’re extending our care to siblings of children enrolled at our service during this difficult time. Vacation care will be open to primary school aged siblings under 13, as a small way to help our educators and our families, allowing you to work, look for work and manage your lives. Fees will be set at only $80 for a 10-hour session, with no late fees if 30 minutes early or late on drop off or pickup.... Limited places available, to register please contact your Service Manager.

05.01.2022 Together Everyone Achieves More.... ~ Nido Early School Woolloongabba, Early Childhood Teachers participated in the Department of Education- Early Childhood Education and Care Professional Development Training in Brisbane. Both teachers were motivated to further support, inspire and mentor the Nido team along with educate and teach the early years learners!

02.01.2022 Cooking in the Kindergarten class is extra special at Nido Woolloongabba as we have parent helpers who continue to share family recipes and teach the children new healthy snacks to support growing bodies. Thank you very much, we appreciate you all and the beautiful connections to inspire and support the children to grow. Healthy Muesli fruit slice was given thumbs up by the children at afternoon tea.
