24.01.2022 Ok, after checking and rechecking my measurements for the bag I've designed, I have got everything cut out and ready to sew it together. Eek! There's a lot of fabric pieces there! (Some are multiple layers in each bundle).

23.01.2022 Pattern writing is coming along slowly. 7 pages of scrawl so far, still a long way to go but I’m happy with how it is coming along. Here’s a little sneak peak.....

22.01.2022 I couldn’t be more proud of myself than I am right now. I never thought I would ever design anything in my life. Well I just did! What a mission, but the hard stuff is done. Now I just have to type up the pattern and edit it. Then my Mum and I are going to pattern test it. After that, hopefully I can patent/copyright (or whatever one does) to claim it as mine. I just have to come up with a groovy name for it now. *** This bag can be used for any purpose. It has 4 pockets ...around the outside, and 4 zipped pockets inside. It will fit all your scrapbooking papers and albums, or your 12.5 square ruler for sewing, use it as a nappy bag full of toys/food/bottles/nappies, or a study bag. You could even just use it as an everyday handbag. *** This bag is the prototype and not for sale at this time. However, I will take orders to make them. Cost is $185 with a 50% deposit. (Keep in mind that there is a lot of fabric and wadding in this quilted bag and a lot of time and effort taken to make them.)

12.01.2022 For those who like my bag, here is an idea of just how much you can fit in it. The first 3 pics are of scrapbooking stuff. You can see there is still a lot of room in there. I haven’t filled all the pockets yet. The last 3 pics are of sewing stuff, and Again I have not fully utilised all the pockets! This bag can take a lot of weight, super strong and machine washable.

12.01.2022 My apologies to all. I lost my mojo a couple of months ago, but now I've found it (thanks to my amazing Mum for inspiring me once again). I look forward to getting into the Lady Cave this week and make some new things to put up here. Guess there is an upsude to Telstra killing our landline phone/internet. Lol.
