12.01.2022 We are currently in ‘social isolation’ not lockdown. What this means is: 1We should NOT be socialising with family, friends or colleagues that live in another house other than via video link etc! 2We should NOT be gathering in groups. 3We should NOT be replacing a night out with a night in and inviting all our friends round. 4We should NOT be letting teenagers and young adults gather in groups around parks and public places!!!!!! ... However, as we are NOT in total lockdown you CAN continue to: 1Go for a walk with your own household (but staying a good distance from others eg 2-3 metres) 2Drive to national parks, nature reserves etc (some have removed parking charges) and walk in the vast area away from others 3Walk your dog 4Head out to a shop for essentials, prescriptions etc for yourself or someone who is vulnerable and isolating, then head home. IF people continue to socialise in a ‘normal’ way, a full lockdown will likely be enforced on us to protect the health of our most vulnerable. PLEASE DO NOT judge people for taking a walk in the fresh air and sunshine; but equally PLEASE DO NOT carry on as normal. PLEASE keep your distance from others and do not arrange social gatherings. Make the most of getting out for a walk with your own household and catching up on jobs or leisure activities at home. 10.01.2022 NIGHT TRAIN OPEN TONIGHT FROM 11PM SATURDAY 21ST MARCH NIGHT TRAIN COVID-19 UPDATE As everyone should be aware the Government has implemented restrictions in indoor venues and the Night Train are doing everything possible to maintain a safe and healthy environment for its staff and patrons.... Night Train will remain open under the following conditions issued by the government: Social Distancing (Numbers reduced to allow 4sq meters between patrons as recommended by the government social distance policy) Once capacity has been reached entry will only be allowed on 1 out 1 in condition If you look unwell or show any symptoms you will be refused entry Follow basic hygiene practices such as hand washing and coughing into your elbow If you feel unwell or sick do not come out stay home and look after your self These conditions can change daily, and we will monitor this as time comes or instructed otherwise The Night Train will also do the following: Regularly touched surfaces will undergo extra sanitizing throughout the night payWave Payment method is encouraged Please follow our new in-house update policy on Covid-19 Just remember if you are feeling ill, we advise that you please stay at home as we will refuse entry to any patron showing any flu like symptoms.
