02.01.2022 BOOTY TRAINING The glutes are actually made up of a group of 3 muscles on each limb. The gluteus maximus, medius, and minimus. Body shape does play a part in the fat storage around the glutes and hips but with the right diet and exercises targeting each muscle in the butt everybody is capable of building the perfect booty!... The gluteus maximums (largest muscle in the butt) contains a 50/50 high to low twitch fiber what mean it will respond to both high reps and low reps to make sure you are targeting both fibers in your booty workout. Start with a glute activation exercises (eg donkey kicks/ banded exercises) before training to help target the glutes during larger compound exercises (B/B hip thrusts, squats, lunges, deadlifts)
