19.01.2022 Bush fire, a ravaged desolate landscape with a line of ghost gums charred yet still standing, eventually coming out the other side with new growth. Representative of the recent SA bush fires and my mind scape during the Covid-19 pandemic.
15.01.2022 Happy NAIDOC week to all, I have been flat out like a lizard drinking this week, I have met some wonderful people, had fun running a variety of workshops from kids to adults and they have produced some amazing pieces. I am off to Melbourne tomorrow to watch Cam Smith's 400th game of NRL, can't wait. Back in to it next week with more workshops.

02.01.2022 Have you ever really listened to the lyrics of a song you have heard dozens of times , " life goes on long after the thrill of living has gone" which begs the question why isn't euthanasia legal, and at the other end of the spectrum as you get older the thrill is still there just in different ways, the joy of parenthood, family holidays, special occasions with family and friends, and in our twilight years, retirement, grandkids, good food and fine wine.
