22.01.2022 So this is why us hairdressers get so infuriated with off the shelf packet dyes. It seems easy and too good to be true. mix this, put this here leave for 45 rinse and u will be a perfect blonde But that NEVER happens, but these before pics always do..... my client sat in my chair for 2.5 hours whilst I full head foiled, tinted back the hair inbetween with an ash 8 level to counteract a lot of that brass on the root section and then at the basin toned the new prelightened pieces with an 8 level to blend it all through. Extremely happy with the result for our first correction hopefully within a few more visits we will have our desired shade

21.01.2022 This is my girl Steph Steph used to be a natural copper/auburn up until a little lady decided to start growing in her tummy... When Steph walked in she had a flat brown regrowth and I was shocked, in only a few months between visits how much her natural hair had changed. We decided to tint back her roots a little warmer and darker and add lighter and warmer balayage pieces throughout. This will make maintaining Stephs beautiful hair a lot easier once little lady is earthside in as little as 5 weeks. Good luck beautiful girl and I cannot wait to meet the new little lady in your life thanks for the catch ups and for always making me laugh xxxx

19.01.2022 It’s with a sad heart I’m writing this. As of tomorrow midnight I’ll be closing my little salons door until it’s safe for us all to reopen. There is no way a quality stylist can perform quality in 30mins. And dry trims are not going to be enough to get me by whilst this is all going on. I threw my heart into this little place 8 mths pregnant and back so soon after Darci being born if I knew this was coming I would have stayed in bed and cuddled her a few extra months longe...r whilst she was little. But now it’s time to put family first and protect all my babies and be the best Mumma and wife possible whilst the world is being tested. thank u to the best Mumma Kerrie Barker for helping make my little salon mine, if it wasn’t for ur help I couldn’t have done it. 19.01.2022 I have neally closed my books for the rest of 2019 I’m completely booked up my normal Thursdays and have taking extra appts outside these days to fit all my lovelies in before Christmas I am so greatful for all my loyal clients whom I’m so blessed to share my journey with. 15.01.2022 As a lot of my closest dearest clients, friends and family know this disease is one that is extremely close to my heart with my beautiful mum in remission heading for 5years. She is strong, she is a warrior and she is my best friend. Walking along side her during this time was the hardest and most painful thing I’ve every witnessed/experienced. I am so greatful for my mum every single day, she showed me pure fight and I love her beyond measure. I will be donating $10.00 to ...every cut and colour appt during October Also will have a donation tin if any friends or clients would like to personally donate to help me raise my goal of $500 To help raise funds to beat this disease once and for all. Because I never wish the suffering and pain on any family and loved ones

14.01.2022 Although I am having a beautiful belated honeymoon with my wonderful hubby and our gorgeous Darci I am also missing my little salon and all my special clients/friends. My appts are filling up for when I’m back so I’d suggest booking in ASAP. As I can only do select days and Thursday late it’s first in. Can’t wait to see u all soon lots of love to u all xx

14.01.2022 Well my beautiful salon ohana, (family in Hawaiian as u all know I love that place) the time has come for me to close my little door to my little haven for a little while today has been the worst emotional day I’ve experience in a long while. And you all know how much I LOVE my mum and I can’t even hug her right know and it’s KILLING ME. A double blow for me atm. I finished tonight with some beautiful ladies and created some beautiful hair (as shown) and I promise I’m not going anywhere and when we come back it will be BIGGER and BETTER xxx Take care of each other and I’m thinking of u all I’m only me because I have all of u believing in me. Whilst the Carona virus has us all scared, worried and up in the air regarding isolation and personal didntancing ect I am confident within my little space that I can continue to operate as I can only ever have myself along with 2 clients in my salon at any time. Cuts down a lot of worry and fear that the virus is being spread. Don’t let the fear stop you for still being able to take some time out for YOU.... who knows we ...may all be in lockdown with our children soon and we DEFINATELY will need some time out prior to this.... I wanted to check in as I have not been in the forefront of social media of late. Life is extremely busy in my world and we have had a lot of big things happening where i have had to take time out to readjust and refocus. ... 09.01.2022 A big colour correction today for an old high school friend this morning. Hardly recognised valda when she walked in with copper/blonde hair as she’s always been close to black to me. So deepening out the roots, adding some feature slices around the face and hand painting some lighter ends with a cooler tone at the basin has definitely brought valda back to life Can’t wait to catch up again and keep working our magic to get you exactly where u want but for now an amazing transformation xxx
