Hi Nicky, I would like to thank you so much for your tireless efforts since you have been our property manager. I couldn't start to imagine the stress and organisational skills needed to do your job. The fact that you have always kept us up to date with regards to issues and requests that we have made. I have been here for over 13 years and in that time have seen property managers come and go, you have shown that I would not be wrong in saying that you are one of the, if not the best we have had.
