The girl has no money or a phone and is known ...to visit Burleigh Hill, Keebra Park and the Southport Pony Club. Queensland Police: Police are appealing for assistance to locate an 11-year-old girl who has been missing from Main Beach since Tuesday, August 18. She was last seen at a Cronin Avenue address around 8.30pm when she was last in contact with family. Police and family hold concern for her welfare, given her age. The girl is described as Caucasian, around 150cm in height, of slim build with blonde hair and blue eyes. She was last seen wearing a grey hoodie and black shorts. The girl could also be carrying a second hoodie which is pink. A white Mercedes Benz was observed near the residence where she was last seen but is not confirmed to be connected. The girl has no money or a phone and is known to visit Burleigh Hill, Keebra Park and the Southport Pony Club. 20.01.2022 Happy Sunday Evening To All Our Wonderful Clients .. we been putting u all at the for front of our minds in thinkin how wonderful u All have been in supporting us through the last couple of ‘hard month’ times..it’s been very dark but also very positive in how we all have grounded ourselves and realising what really is in important in our lives and that is our families..slowing down enough to realise it’s not about being ‘Rich’ with money .. but it’s about being ‘Rich with Lov...e’ .. it’s just a great shame it’s taken an invisible virus to make us realise this. Now we need to ‘not stop’ thinking this way..and much like we think of All of u for coming and supporting us .. we also need to keep supporting our friends/families that are struggling..we need to show that we are there for them also..not to forget as we remember our passed loved ones let us not forget our present..we have all played our part in coming thru this and need to pat ourselves on the back .. in any given time ‘hygiene’ is very important.. and needs to be kept up. 16.01.2022 Morning ALL .. hope u all have had a great weekend of celebrating our ANZACS for their great courage and strength in fighting to protect ours and other countries freedoms. Have to say if there is one thing we can't complain about is the 'weather' absolutely stunning .. day after day of the good stuff. Great to see restrictions being lifted with the virus...beaches are open .. and from May the 2nd we can go for leisure rides on our motorcycles ... Local council came into Bshop last week to see if we keeping good health and safety measures and were happy to see that we are doing just that. 1 person to 4 square metres - we can have a maximum of 12 people in the Bshop. Also the bench seat outside front of Bshop can be used. Reminder just the core hours of 8am - 4pm at this stage. Reminder also public holiday 'Labour Day' Monday May 4th. this coming weekend. A thanks goes out to our state Qld govt for doing the job they had to do to keep us safe. ... We remind u we are not out of the woods but the light is getting brighter if we All just keep our hygiene up and distance from one another for the time being until we get thru to the other side. 14.01.2022 News Flash : Happy Easter Monday to U All Announcing that we are reopening our Barbershop Wednesday 15th April - 8am til 4pm. ... Numbers of the covid 19 virus are declining significantly enough where we feel it’s safe - providing ‘we’ Nikki and I and yourselves keep up with good hygiene and am feeling percent healthy. At ‘no time’ if u are feeling unwell of any sort are u to come into the barbershop and potentially put others in any sort of risk. This does not mean we are getting complacent - you All still need to keep to the ‘social distancing’ limits of between 1 1/2 - 2 metres. The local Qld Govt have done an exceptional job of closing boarders and quarantining suspicious travellers. We have shortened the hours slightly until the local economy gets back into full swing again. Please we are not encouraging people to come out of their ‘safe zones’ we are classed as an essential service and providing our service to others who are working in other essential services. Thunder T-shirt. Our week felt like a return to normal week with steady rite thru. Thanks once again for All yr support. As u All kno by now we are a ‘Cash Only’ business and intending only of keeping this way. ... Please bring Cash with you or alternatively there is a NAB bank with ATM Machine 30 metres up the road. Cash is King and ‘should’ always be. Nikki and I come from Christchurch.. home of major earthquakes in recent times.. when the electricity system went down Cash remained the legal trader..when the fires ripped through Sydney NSW & Victoria and the electricity system went down Cash remained the only legal trader. 04.01.2022 Public Health Alert Community members on Brisbane’s southside are asked to remain alert but not alarmed as Queensland records three new cases of novel cor...onavirus (COVID-19). The first case is a 19-year-old woman who tested positive after travelling interstate last week. She is an employee at Parklands Christian College on Brisbane’s southside. Queensland Health is working closely with the school which has temporarily closed until further notice. The second case is a 19-year-old female travel companion. Both cases travelled interstate together last week. It is believed they contracted the virus in Melbourne, Victoria. The third reported case is a known close contact, a 22-year-old woman, who tested positive later today. This individual is an employee of YMCA Chatswood Hills Outside School Hours Care. Queensland Health is working closely with the school and the care centre, both of which have temporarily closed until further notice. Little bit cooler as we head into 'winter'... fantastic to see some more covid 19 restrictions being lifted. We would like to thankyou for your support through this period.. was tough going but light at the end of tunnel is brighter if we still just take care and keep our hygiene up and distancing. Nikki and I still working with the hours of 8am - 4pm. Will probably ...work with these hours until school starts back in around the beginning of June.
