20.01.2022 Keratin Brow Lamination on stunning @katiekugis - Last year I started a 24 hour cancellation fee, where if you don’t give me enough notice to replace your booking with another client you will loose your deposit. I have people re booking when in the salon booking their next appointment and I don’t take deposits for this, but starting this year if you want to rebook in salon I am going to have to take the deposit off you at time of booking and this will be non refundable if ...you cancel your appointment within 48 hours from this year. This is my business and income to feed my family so I need to start being stronger with business where in the past I’ve been too nice as many tell me. Any Covid related cancellations this is out of your hands I will let you reschedule your appointment to another time not taking your deposit or of course an emergency situation I still have a heart.
