In this class you will increase your flexibility & improve your general health through gentle modified yoga poses whilst sitting in a chair followed by a Progressive Relaxation & guided Meditation. Meditation is free & you can practice it whenever you want...Try this five minute Zen Meditation right now. Sit or lay in a comfortable position with your spine straight. Close your eyes. Focus on your breath. Notice the air gently entering & leaving your body. Then allow your mind to focus only on what is happening right now...notice the sounds you can hear...the smells...the w...ay your body feels. If thoughts about anything else enter your mind just gently refocus on the present moment...think about your breathing & the sensations you are experiencing right now, in the present moment. See how long you can do this. Be gentle on yourself. It can take a while to learn how to keep your mind in the present moment...Practice Zen Meditation as often as you like to develop a greater sense of inner peace...... ENJOY!

Unlike you (stress & anxiety) that makes me feel awful & crazy within, my new love (Meditation) allows my to find peace within, feel safe, calm, loved, in touch with my inner self & so many other wonderful things. I do thank you Stress & Anxiety for leading me to my new love & the lessons I've learnt from you, but it is now time to say GOOD BYE and let you go!
