24.01.2022 Today is R U OK Day and this year's message is 'There's more to say after R U OK?' Reach out to your friends, family and colleagues in a meaningful way by asking them if they R OK. Connecting regularly is one thing everyone can do to make a difference to anyone who might be struggling. You don't need to be an expert - just a great mate and a good listener. So, if you notice someone might be struggling - start a conversation. If they aren't ok, learn what to say next by visi...ting https://bit.ly/3bzrd7f If you or someone you care about needs additional support, we offer a range of counselling services, just call and speak to one of our friendly team members on 9430 9100. 17.01.2022 Last week some of the students at Our Lady Help of Christians School -Eltham have been busily preparing letters for our Social Support Group clients. The children where asked to write a letter to one of our nominated clients who will then in return write a response back. Both the children and our clients are eagerly awaiting to receive their letters from one another. Such a wonderful way for people of all ages to engage during a time when many are alone and isolated.
