17.01.2022 So today saw me co-host my first make and take workshop with 2 fellow doTerra wellness advocates. Thank you to the 2 wonderful ladies who joined us this morning to learn about dTERRA and their Nature's Solutions. Walking away with 3 wonderful DIY products and full bellies thanks to a yummy choc peppermint brownie and a highly addictive, orange cheesecake dip (which we all may or may not have eaten straight with a spoon at some stage). 06.01.2022 For those of you that know me well, you will know that I have always had in my possession a Vic's Sinex nasal spray. In fact I didn't just have 1... I would have multiple on the go...1 in the car... 1 in my bag and 1 beside my bed. 1 spray up each nostril 2 times a day at least 300 days a year... I'm sure I'm the reason they brought the spray back after it disappeared for a few years lol.... Since being introduced to doTERRA Essential Oils the Vic's sinex has been thrown in the bin and completely replaced with these beautiful products. I'm not even having to use them everyday!!!!! 04.01.2022 So the last month I have been working my butt off to organise a group of volunteers for the Gympie Music Muster. Last weekend all that hard work paid off and I took my oils away with me to enjoy over the 4 days of the festival. The only oil I got to use (because I was so busy) was Easy Air... It saved me from the dust and smoke. I'd have died without it and I even let my brother (a fellow sinus sufferer) have a sniff to clear his head :) Love that once again I didn't have to reach for the chemicals to breathe #dTERRA #naturalmumma #breathe #EasyAir
