Finally it's here - the Report on the 2019 Community Sustainability Survey. 241 of you did this survey way back on October 2019...right before the Mt Nardi bushfire and then now Covid 19...both of which (combined with the Xmas/New Year break period) delayed the production of this report significantly. 14.01.2022 Got unpaid fines? Struggling to pay them off? Unpaid fines attract fees and penalties and over time can become an overwhelming financial burden. We know you are out there. The stats are showing us that there are lots of folks in the area with unpaid fines. You may be eligible for a Work Development Order so that you can pay off your fines via volunteer work at NNIC. There are lots of different things you can do to help us out - also at 7 Sibley St. Phone us on 66891692 or just drop in to make an appointment with Peter for more info.

13.01.2022 Nimbin Neighbourhood and Information Centre will be closed Monday 5th October due to a public holiday. Some useful numbers include: in a life threatening emergency call 000; 1800RESPECT 1800 737 732 which provides 24/7 services for domestic and family violence support and advocacy; NSW Health Mental Health Line 1800 011 511 a 24/7 service connecting to mental health care and Lifeline 13 11 14 a 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention service. Heidi and Ryder were volunteering in the kitchen. Thank you for what you do for our community. Public Access to Computers, Internet, Photocopying, Laminating, Faxing. Centrelink Agency Visiting Outreach Services including government and community based organisations Outlet Agency for the CONC (Consortium of Neighbourhood Centres Far North Coast) Brighter Futures Far North Coast. Community Nurse Practitioner providing clinical mental health and drug and alcohol services for community members and their families.
