01.01.2022 To our valued clients, With the current situation regarding the continuing spread of COVID19 (Coronavirus), airlines and cruise companies have been drastically reducing services to multiple destinations, even to countries not yet affected by the virus. As a result, many of our customers who are already overseas, or booked to depart now, are experiencing travel disruptions resulting in our team and our suppliers needing to urgently rebook onto other flights/cruises/tours etc.... If you are booked to travel beyond April, we are finding the closer we get to your departure date the more flexible the changes and credits seem to be becoming. As at this morning Monday 16th March - the vast majority of tour companies and cruise lines have suspended operations until at least April 30th 2020, with some major airlines drastically changing their scheduling. If your travel is of purely domestic nature, there are currently no restrictions on travelling anywhere within Australia. Please be aware that if you decide to cancel your holiday voluntarily, you may still face cancellation and/or amendment fees. Airfares that were purchased which were non-refundable at the time of purchase, may still remain non-refundable. Individual airlines are examining their own networks & routes and may decide to offer a credit for future travel and not necessarily a refund. Again the closer we get to your intended departure date, the more flexible the change and credit rules are also becoming. Please bear in mind that this is all very new and unprecedented for the travel Industry as a whole. Things are not set in stone, and remain very fluid. We thank you in advance for your co-operation in this matter during this period of heightened anxiety whilst we try to keep on top of everything coming through to us, that demands our immediate attention.
